PT Star Asia Ventures (SAV) is a company based in Batam, Indonesia. SAV was established in 2014 in Batam City of Indonesia. It has branch office in Surabaya. The company has warehousing, scrap processing and fabrication facilities.

SAV deals in several product segments. In stainless-steel segment we deal with coils, sheets, pipes, circles, blanks and other items. We also deal with Aluminium foils and Aluminium food packaging items. In case of scrap, we are only in stainless-steel scraps. We are into manufacturing or trading of all the aforementioned products. As we have highly qualified and experienced team of Stainless-Steel professionals, we also provide solutions to various end users of Stainless Steel by supplying them with optimized grade, size , thickness and special profiles. This help our customers in reduction of cost and increase in strength, etc. of the end application. Our Strength also lies in smooth shipment of all our products to different continents of the world.

SAV has shown promising growth in the past and is expected to perform in similar fashion in future. The company plans to setup manufacturing facilities in future to meet the anticipated demands from the market and in turn augment its sales and margins.

In 2017, SAV ventured into manufacturing segment through setting up a company PT. Bintang Asia Usaha (BAU, www.bintangasia.com) in Batam. In its very first year of operations BAU achieved several milestones, such as, 100% capacity utilization with significant profit margins.

BAU is one of the leading producers of Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Circles, Sheets and Slits. It is located in on Batam Island of Indonesia. It is in the vicinity of Singapore with a very good connectivity through ferry transport. It takes around 1 hour by ferry to reach Batam from Singapore. The location gives it an advantage to serve the customers better through more efficient services and better connectivity. The factory is located in one of the best industrial estates of Batam equipped with all the facilities such as inhouse power generation units and convenient gas supplies.
